Facade systems

Facing the building façades with the help of aluminium composite panels is one of the most advanced methods to create the exterior appearance of modern architectural structures. It does not only change completely the outer appearance of the buildings being reconstructed and old buildings, but also improves the operational performance and increases the value of the buildings. Facing of the exterior walls of buildings with the help of suspended ventilated facades based on aluminium composite panels has a number of advantages in comparison with other cladding materials. Composite panels developed for building purposes ECOBOND® PLUS и ECOBOND®PLUS FR differ from those intended for advertising by the aluminium alloy composition and technical properties of rigidity and durability.
Suspended ventilated facades ensure weathering and thermal protection of the exterior walls by creation of the well-balanced mode of heat, vapor and air transmission through the exterior walls under any operation conditions of the building. Highly reliable and chemically stable polymericfluorine PVDF coating (produced under Kynar 500 license) has improved color stability and retains its structural integrity within 25 years. Besides, the coating has a self-cleaning property that helps to save substantially the maintenance costs of the suspended façades.

Main advantages of suspended ventilated facades with composite panels:
- improvement of architectural appearance of the building facades;
- applicability to reconstruction of old buildings, modernizing their appearance;
- prompt alteration of the building exterior appearance by selecting the ACP out of a wide color range and shaping the cassettes into various sizes and forms;
- long-term retention of the presentable appearance of the building, with a warranty period up to 25 years;
- creation of the balanced conditions of heat and vapor exchange of the façade with environment by means of free circulation of air through the ventilated opening and diffusion of water vapor from the heat-insulating mineral wool layer;
- reduction of temperature range at thermal cycling that has an effect on the load-bearing walls and substantial reduction of thermal deformations that may cause cracking of the load-bearing panels and damaging the butt welds;
- creation of a barrier from the weather impact, removal of the moisture caused by the dewfall from the heat-insulating mineral wool layer, complete elimination of wetting and freezing of a load-bearing wall;
- improved sound insulation of a building;
- considerable reduction of the façade maintenance costs;
- increase of the building operation period;
- saving of operating costs on air heating and conditioning, ensuring complete payback of the suspended ventilated facades;
- possibility to repair the façade and change the color of facing cassettes by sequential replacement of the vertical rows of the cassettes without long-term uncovering of mineral wool and unaesthetic view of under-facing fixture.
