Industrial application

      Aluminum composite panels are used also in industry, for example for producing of the cases, covers, and protective panels for production equipment, industrial fridges, products containers and cases for instruments and different devises. They are applied for facing of the clean rooms, producing of the shelves for instruments and products as well as for transport production such as car bodies, caravans and sky-boxes for cars and also for interior facing of the passenger compartment of the buses, carriages and interior covering of the goods transport bodies.
ACP of the ECOBOND®PLUS FR series can be applied in covering of the high-way constructions: tunnels, columns, underground and aerial passages, bridges at road interchanges where the rate of the accidents and inflammation is much higher than at the direct highways. The builders of the surface and underground constructions and especially of the underground stations and high-speed trams turned their attention to fire-resistant ACP as an alternative to the stone and metal slabs due to such advantages as lightness, rigidity and firmness along with other positive qualities – impact resistance, attrition resistance and operating life.
ECOBOND®PLUS and ECOBOND®PLUS FR are applied also for protective and decorative facing of the lifts, stairs and stair landings. There is no need to look for the proofs of the reasonability of the usage of fire-resistant ACP series for this purpose. The specialists faced many times the high fire safety requirements by handling-over of the building project to the commission. It is known that according to the Construction Directives and Rules 21-01-97 materials used for trimming of the walls, partitions, ceilings on the evacuation ways must be confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the fire safety.
The complex trimming of the petrol stations, service stations and automobile sales centres is not only nice, modern and prestigious application of ACP. The necessity of such facing is stipulated by high safety requirements for such constructions. It is necessary to underline the electrical conduction characteristic of the composite sheets that provides lightning protection of industrial buildings, petrol stations or service stations. Except for walls facing in these constructions the composite panels are also applied for producing of friezes, steles, columns, tree-dimensional objects, entrance groups.
Often the panels are used for decorative facing of the show-rooms, exhibition halls and other small architectural forms. Partitions, walls, semicolumns, add-on elements, counters and other parts of inner premises of the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés and other buildings are also produced from ACP.
