Allowable sizes of the sheet material blanks: 1 up to 25 mm thickness, 2100х6000 mm overall size. Cost of cutting to curvilinear shapes is calculated on the basis of the total linear length of the cut and depends on the type and thickness of the material.
In case of cutting the articles with the height lower than 50 mm and the length over 3050 mm, an extra co-efficient at the rate of 1,25 and higher is applied. If the precision of the parts processing is subject to exclusive standards, the customer has to agree with the works executor all the technical issues and the cost of works in advance. Otherwise the claims will not be accepted.

- the material blanks may have the length considerably exceeding the vertical size of the table (up to 6m) and be processed in 2 cycles;
- the height of the spindle travel is 250 mm. It allows to perform milling on the front surface of the products with large thickness, such as advertising boards, panels, door panels, frames etc., as well as through cutting in the box-shaped items by the preset shape;
- almost immediately after the milling cutter travel, the groove engraved in the product has the required quality. It's achieved by high speed of the milling cutter rotation – 18-20 thousand rpm, and sharpening quality of the special milling cutters;
- customers have no need to concern themselves with optimization of the parts location when developing the parts outline. When executing the order, a built-in function of optimizing the location and spacing of the multitude of various parts on the material sheet is always applied to minimize the wastes and the order cost accordingly;
- the shape of the parts being cut with inner corners formed by the straight segments crossing is transformed into a curve with the rounding, the radius of which depends on the diameter of milling cutter. The min. radius is 1,5 mm.

Designers and implementers began ordering the complex milling of grooves in ECOBOND composite panels for manufacturing the complex 3-D shapes by bending the aluminium composite panels according to the preset folding line. Trapezoid groove in the composite panel, milled with the help of a special milling cutter according to the preliminarily calculated curvilinear trajectory ensures a perfect bending shape for manufacturing the РОР/POS products. Precise cutting and milling according to the shapes created by designers allow making the complex bends and joining the parts to each other. For example, making the large-size 3-D letters would be complicated without this computer processing technology and cutting experience.
